Credit Card MUST be kept on file and will be billed automatically on dates mentioned above.
Additional Items outside of monthly tuition may be paid with cash, checks, and credit cards.
All additional credit card charges will incur a 4% processing fee.
A fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account for returned checks.
Enrollment Discounted Fee of $50.00

Recital T-Shirt $25
Digital download of our show and program $40
Tuition Installment # 1 and Enrollment Fee Due upon registration.
Summer for Company is due 7/1.
Refund Policy – TUITION
No refunds will be given for partial months attendance. No refunds shall be made for withdrawals not made in a timely manner, and the undersigned dancer and the parent/guardian shall remain responsible for the full annual tuition. Registration fees and performance fees are non-refundable. Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal. We require two weeks advance written notice if you or your child wishes to withdraw from our program. Billing will continue until two weeks after notification has been received. We do not refund absences. No refunds/credits are given to dancers for classes missed due to student absence, inclement weather cancellations, or student vacations, holidays, or days off from school. (We do, however, have a class makeup policy)
ABSENCES, CANCELLATIONS, MAKE-UP CLASSES
Please phone ahead if you will be absent. Absences resulting from illness, injury or vacations may be made up within four weeks. Planned absences may be made up in advance. Please note that we do not refund absences. We do not offer make ups for holidays or school closings due to inclement weather or class cancellations. Each day of the week has at least 2 - 6 snow days built into the schedule. In the event of inclement weather, a message will be placed on this website, phone, social media pages, regarding the status of these classes. L.A. Dance has the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance.
We expect all students to be courteous, polite, and respectful of each other and their teachers. Students are expected to arrive on time for class and dressed appropriately. Students may not eat or chew gum in the studios. Water bottles are acceptable.
We will not tolerate Unnecessary Parent Drama. Please be respectful to all students, parents and staff. We reserve the right to ask you and your child to leave if we believe you have acted inappropriately toward another member of our studio or staff.
PARENT OBSERVATION and BRING-A-FRIEND to Class Week
Parents are always invited to watch class from the T.V. displays found in the waiting areas. During various times of the year we invite our students’ friends, who may want to try a free dance class, to our studio. Please check our calendar for these dates. We will also invite parents to classes on dates scheduled to observe

BOYS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR L.A. BOYZ DANCE WEAR OR BLACK
No pajama bottoms, oversized t-shirts or sweatpants are acceptable for dance wear. No jewelry, including hoop earrings, watches, or necklaces, are allowed in class. No Street Shoes on Dance Floor.
Hair must be pulled back and away from the face. A neat ballet bun is required for ALL ballet classes. Either a bun or ponytail is acceptable for all other classes. Sprayed, gelled, slicked.
